Complete architectural, space planning and interior design services for a 50,000 square foot adaptive reuse of warehouse into offices. Union Square, located in lower downtown Denver, Colorado, was originally designed in 1910 as two separate warehouses and offices for a steel company. The adaptive reuse design united the two structures into one elegant office space, 50’ by 150’. Interior detailing and design highlight the elegance and permanence of this building, and create an efficient and sophisticated work place.
